Curva libera

The inspiration of this new Piero Massaro’s collection arises over the pages of a book:  what moves the hands of the designer are the round profiles, the sinuous “free, sensual curves” of Oscar Niemeyer’s Brazilian architectures.

A collection in which the new shapes hold and reveal reassuring roundness, and the acetates inspire admiration for their iridescent see-through effects; the diamond cut of temples and fronts edges mantles the glasses of shiny reflections as glint on the water, another beloved element of Niemeyer’s architecture.

The countless handcrafted processing steps, carefully refined and yet sometimes barely evident, make this collection precious and elegant.

As usual, this is a limited, numbered edition.
